A quick bit about this blog and me… My name is Helen Hackwell and I’m the creator of The ‘It’ Guide (www.theguide.com) along with various other fashion websites and blogs. My background is in website design and marketing and I’m learning all about fashion through my sites. I guess this is an unusual way to approach fashion blogging, but it does mean that I can help out my fellow bloggers with some useful tips and tricks.

This site offers fashion (and beauty) bloggers my pearls of wisdom(?!) about all the dos and don’ts of blogging. I’m not going to give you fashion tips as you most likely know more than me, but I do know how to help you increase your followers on Twitter and Facebook, get more traffic to your site, improve the layout of your blog, and most importantly… how to make money!
